LUTANGA SHABA is a Zimbabwean born of Malawian immigrants. A lawyer by profession, Lutanga also holds a postgraduate qualification in Policy Studies. She founded and is currently the Executive Director of The WomenÕs Trust, a Harare based non-governmental organisation, which provides personal empowerment and leadership development training for women.
