Inside a Comatose Mind

In a hospital bed in some unknown location, lay a young man. He was in a deep comatose state caused by a motorcycle accident. Hooked up to the latest life-support machines, Kiefer White lay motionless. He had been like this for many days. Suddenly his mind stirred and awoke from a long dreamless sleep. Both mentally and emotionally aroused, Kiefer saw flickering pictures come into focus. Although his brain and emotional senses were triggered, his physical body remained still, lifeless and uninvolved on his bed. Still in a coma and in a state where his physical body did not participate, his mind and emotions went haywire with sudden activity, transporting him to a place he'd never seen before. The hazy pictures in his comatose mind became clearer. These were not just images flashing through his unconscious almost lifeless brain. No! He was literally there!
